A queen-sized sofa bed in the living area can comfortably accommodate one additional guest (adult or child), allowing for a maximum occupancy of three guests. For added convenience, the apartment also includes a washer and dryer, high-speed fiber internet, and a 4K Smart TV for relaxing evenings in. You’ll also find essential beach accessories such as towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler, perfect for effortless days by the sea. Step outside to your private patio, ideal for slow mornings, relaxed afternoons, or winding down under the stars. Guests also enjoy access to the building's rooftop infinity plunge pool, along with a BBQ area, outdoor lounge, and dining space, perfect for sunset grilling or casual evenings outdoors. One reserved underground parking space and 24-hour security monitoring are also included for peace of mind.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and private balcony. Shared access to the rooftop plunge pool and BBQ area located on the 2nd Floor of Building B, as well as the property's courtyard, etc.

This is a mixed-use property with restaurants, stores, gyms, etc. on the ground floor. Music and other sounds may be heard from the various businesses located on the property. This building does not have an elevator and guests will be required to climb 1 flight of stairs. The Grove features The Rec Room Gym offering private and membership options. The private gym (Pavilion) provides a boutique training facility with luxury therapy rooms, a red-light room, and cryotherapy chamber. Prebooking or appointments are required, with separate pricing for members and non-members. The luxury membership gym offers elite equipment and innovative fitness classes in high-end studios, requiring an annual membership fee. Non-members can use the facilities at a weekly or monthly rate. If the website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay. We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.

50% at Confirmation, Balance Due 60 Days Prior to Arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • If canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival, 15% of the Total Rental Amount will be charged as a cancellation fee and the remaining deposit will be refunded.
  • If canceled 60 days or less, full rental amount will be forfeited.
  • Thanksgiving and Festive (Christmas and New Year) reservations are nonrefundable, and no exceptions are made if booking is canceled.
